Big Brother’s Henry reveals how housemates broke one of the show’s strictest rules

BIG Brother housemate Henry has revealed how the housemates broke one of the show’s strictest rules.

The world famous long-running format has been shown on and off on UK TV screens since 2000.

A set of people enter a house for a set time period where they are filmed 24 hours a day.

As part of the long running format - which first made it's debut on Channel 4 - the housemates have to be completely isolated from the outside world.

In Big Brother, all communication with the outside world is strictly prohibited and housemates are not even allowed to know the time of day.

As the show evolved and the programme moved to Channel 5, the basic format remained unchanged as the contestants were completely cut off from the outside world.

But now, 25-year-old Henry - who came in third place of the ITV2 reboot series - has made a dramatic revelation that completely changed the dynamics of the game.

The food critic took to X - formerly known as Twitter - as he encouraged his fans to send in their questions.

He promised to spill the tea over the behind-the-scenes gossip in his spare time.

Henry posted: "I’ve got some time to kill. Does anyone have any burning #BBUK questions?"#

One fan in response had a theory on timekeeping in the house, as she claimed his friend Jordan got the time 'bang on' at one point when they were watching the live feed.

They enquired: "Did you actually know the time when you were in there? because we were told you didn’t know but then Jordan got the time bang on during a live feed?"

Henry replied: "We found a setting on the oven lol."
